Houses at The Grand Victoria Estates are built using sturdy, high-quality materials. The external walls of this bungalow-type unit are made of 5-inch concrete hollow blocks, while the internal partitions use 4-inch blocks. The roofing system features rib-type long-span sheets supported by steel trusses, with a gypsum board ceiling.
